A typical Pilates workout will strengthen and stretch your muscles under the load of gravity, body weight, and the resistance of springs. Through a consistent practice, you will develop a strong, flexible and balanced body able to meet all of life's physical demands with minimum effort and maximum efficiency.

Privates

If you have never done Pilates before, we highly recommend starting with a trio of private lessons. This will provide us the opportunity to focus on the fundamental movements and principles of Pilates, while getting to know the strengths and imbalances in your body. You will benefit from the individual attention while learning how to move and breath correctly.

Private lessons are also beneficial for the seasoned practitioner of Pilates. Sometimes you just need that 1 on 1 attention to focus on a certain movement, your breath or to just fine tune your practice.

Groups

Sol Classical Pilates offers small group classes so that every body can receive the benefit of hands on assistance(once it is safe to do so) and more personal attention, if required. The group classes offer you the opportunity to focus in on your own body awareness and your personal understanding of the Pilates method. You also gain the support of the other clients and have the opportunity to encourage and support them also. The studio is equipped with 4 Reformers, 4 Chairs, 5 Tower/Wall Units, 5 Mats and a Ladder Barrel, plus foam rollers, arc barrels and more.
